Believe it or not, there is a real life magic potion to increase weight loss, boost energy, improve mental performance AND develop younger, healthier looking skin.  While hordes of weight loss marketers push their useless potions, pills, and powders on the eager masses, nature has long ago provided a special elixir that has almost limitless benefits to your fitness program.

What caffeine gives to you in the morning it takes back in the afternoon (with interest!), while water will keep you going all day long – it’s a no brainer really – shoot for at least 2 liters a day, if you start today you’ll be feeling the difference in no time at all!  Even if you refuse to give up your coffee (yet), there are just too many benefits to drinking plenty of fresh water to ignore this simple rule.

Make a point of keeping a water bottle with you at all times, and keep track of how often you refill it.  This will help you focus.  Get you water intake up and watch your energy climb, your appetite go down, and enjoy faster weight loss!
