Black patches on face what are they?

My home help who is a full-time live-in she is Asian and has black patches on her face, it started about 1 week ago, what can this be and what cream can she use.

my mum gets this she is fair skinned and she gets dark brown patches. it is something to do with the pigmentation of the skin though its harmless it is not attractive to look at,all i can suggest it a good concealer with uv protection...... i have heard that there are products to help fade this but i do not know what they are.

tell her to see the doctor and in the mean time try asnd stay out of the sun
