If you've ever wondered about the practice of Reiki, Qigong, or touch therapy - schools of energy healing can help you understand the principles, philosophies and applications of these and other ancient healing arts.

Depending on which course of study interests you the most, schools of energy healing commonly provide a broad selection of training programs. For example, if you would like to learn about Chinese energy healing practices like Qigong, you can either enroll in a Master's of Oriental Medicine program for this and other Chinese medicine modalities, or take a single course in Qigong and become certified in the healing art.

I got a tattoo on my lower back and my back is so sore. I can't even stand up straight. Any suggestions?

How do I deal with the soreness of getting a tattoo besides ibuprofin? How long does a low back tattoo take to heal and how long with this soreness last? Any suggestions?

tattoos generally take about two weeks to heal fully, however they dont hurt the whole time. Take some panadol and just sit it out, they usually hurt for about 4 days. Keep it well mosturised with an antibacterial ointment. I use bepanthen... thats an australian thing though. I think the equivalent in the US is A&D ointment.
