Do you think $25 for a grab bag Christmas gift is to much to spend?

My work wants to spend $25 on a grab bag Christmas gift for a secret pal. I kind of think the cost is to much. Last time they did this gift exchange I got a bad gift but gave a good gift. What your opinion?

Dunno, it's easier to find something at $25 than it is at $10. Though personally I wouldn't want to spend $25 - my limit for extended family members this year is $20.

I'm just about to head out to look for a $5 gift for a Kris Kringle, I always try to get something that looks good. A couple of years ago I was in a $10 one and found a gorgeous teacup set that was marked down less than 50%, the recipient went ape over it. The gift I got was a bit on the crap side and not worth $10.
